How to Create a Campaign on Blast247

Creating a campaign on Blast247 is simple and straightforward. The entire process takes just three main steps:

Step 1: Create Your Campaign

Start by giving your campaign a name, such as “Business Promotion.”

Once you’ve entered your campaign name, click “Continue to Audience.”



Step 2: Select and Target Your Audience

You’ll automatically be taken to the Audience tab, where you can build and target the audience for your campaign.

Start by selecting your target country, state or region, and city. You can also select multiple cities if you want to reach audiences across different locations.

Next, select your Contact Source. Blast247 supports:

  • Facebook
  • Instagram
  • TikTok
  • WhatsApp
  • Telegram
  • SMS

You can select multiple platforms at the same time.

Important: If you select Facebook, Instagram, or TikTok, the Username field will be enabled, while the Phone Number field will remain disabled. The Phone Number field becomes available when you select WhatsApp, Telegram, or SMS.

You can also refine your audience using additional targeting options such as:

  • Age
  • Interests
  • Language
  • Gender
  • Behaviour

These additional fields are optional but can help you further refine your audience.




Step 3: Control Your Reach

Choose how many people you want to reach with your campaign.

You can either manually enter your desired audience size or use the drag-and-adjust slider to increase or decrease your reach.

Please note: The minimum reach per platform is 1,000 people.

Once you’re satisfied with your audience selection, click “Confirm Audience” to proceed to the Template section.

Create Your Campaign Message

In the Template section, compose the message you want to send to your audience.

If you're promoting through SMS, you can send text messages only, so images and videos cannot be included.

For platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, WhatsApp, and Telegram, you can include images and videos in your campaign where supported.

Once your message is ready, proceed to review your campaign.

Review & Make Payment

Review all your campaign details, including your:

  • Target audience
  • Selected platforms
  • Reach
  • Message
  • Campaign settings

When everything looks good, proceed to payment.

Blast247 supports payment through Flutterwave or Bank Transfer.

Once your payment is successfully confirmed, your campaign will automatically start.

Monitor Your Campaign

After your campaign begins, you can track its performance in real time through the Live Report section.

Monitor important campaign information and see how your outreach is performing.

Your Credits Are Protected

At Blast247, you don't lose your credits when messages fail to deliver.

Message didn't deliver? Get your credit back instantly.

If a campaign is unsuccessful or messages are not delivered, the applicable credits are refunded back to your Blast247 account for future use.
